Liu Nan'an, President of the group, Wang Yan, vice president, Xiao Mingjun, chief engineer, and relevant heads of relevant departments and offices of the headquarters and secondary enterprises participated in the hierarchical command of the exercise

本次演练分为台风预警信息响应和次生灾害抢险两个环节响应环节采用微信工作群作为通信指挥辅助平台，模拟台风预警等级逐渐递增直到预警解除的全过程，各单位根据自身应急预案及实际情况进行应急响应

抢险环节采用盲演形式，各单位分别对模拟的次生灾害进行应急处置刘南安率队到现场观摩指导，并临时抽点物流公司21#仓库屋顶开裂和规划建设部冷链物流服务仓基坑变形两个场景作为考核项目各单位行动迅速，紧密配合，圆满完成各项险情的抢险处置任务

The rescue link adopts the form of blind performance. Each unit carries out emergency response to the simulated secondary disasters. Liu Nan'an led a team to the scene to observe and guide, and temporarily selected two scenes, namely, the cracking of the roof of the 21# warehouse of the logistics company and the deformation of the foundation pit of the cold chain logistics service warehouse of the Ministry of planning and construction, as assessment items. All units act quickly and cooperate closely to successfully complete the rescue and disposal tasks of various dangerous situations

刘南安充分肯定了此次演练的成果他表示，此次演练检验了集团应急预案的实操性，加强了集团应急队伍的应急反应和快速机动能力

他强调，各单位要根据此次演练有针对性地总结完善应急预案，并加强全员防御台风的安全教育，持续提高应急处置的能力，真正做到关键时刻“拉得出”“打得赢”

He stressed that all units should summarize and improve the emergency plan according to the drill, strengthen the safety education of typhoon prevention for all personnel, continuously improve the ability of emergency disposal, and truly "pull" and "win" at the critical moment
