李国栋充分肯定了拖轮公司安全生产工作的成绩，针对难点问题提出了具体可行的建议他表示，希望拖轮公司切实落实安全生产的主体责任，确保特别防护期内各项安全生产工作落实到位，同时要更好地为辖区内船舶营运安全和防污染工作献策出力
