12月12日，大铲湾公司召开警示教育交流座谈会，通报了马卓案件刑事判决书及案件相关情况会议由大铲湾公司纪委书记兼监事会主席陈雯主持，公司系统中层及以上管理人员参加了座谈会会议通报了马卓案件刑事判决书，并分析了马卓案件有关主观原因、客观原因、后续整改措施等案件相关情况

参会人员结合岗位实际表达了案件带来的启示和感悟陈雯在会上提出了两点要求，一是各党支部和部门要组织案件警示教育，让广大党员和员工明底线、知敬畏、守规矩，严格自律,保持清正廉洁二是吸取案件教训、强化廉洁氛围的同时，要放下心理包袱，主动作为、敢于担责，为大铲湾公司转型升级提质增效作出贡献
