Following the "Suifenhe Russia Yantian Port" of the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods (i.e., the "Sino foreign" transportation mode), the international channel "Suifenhe Russia dachanwan port" has also been officially opened. Recently, the General Administration of customs made it clear in the "letter of the General Administration of Customs on increasing the ports of entry and exit for the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods in Heilongjiang Province" that it agreed to increase Shenzhen dachanwan port as the entry and exit port for the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods in Heilongjiang Province

“中外中”运输模式系指国内贸易货物由我国关境内一口岸启运，通过境外运至我国关境内另一口岸的业务

此次新增大铲湾为内外货物跨境运输进出境港口，是盐田港集团响应国家“一带一路”倡议的实质性成果之一自集团与绥芬河市政府签署战略合作以来，相关职能部门和企业相互配合，积极探索，为集团“转型升级、走出去”的战略部署和构建内陆港新格局作出了积极贡献

The new Dachan Bay is an entry and exit port for cross-border transportation of domestic and foreign goods, which is one of the substantive achievements of Yantian Port Group in response to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative.
