他肯定了惠州荃湾港的建设经营成果他表示，要坚持深耕惠州港口资源的发展思路，充分利用环保出色、先进管理、行业标杆等优势，抓住埃克森美孚、中海油炼化三期等合作契机，获取更多稀缺岸线资源，进一步做大、做强集团港口主业，强化集团“东进”发展布局和成果
