9月25日，深圳引航站东部分站与拖轮公司召开引航员和拖轮船长的座谈会引航站总站书记周端标、东部分站副站长江建忠，盐田拖轮董事长曹世军、总经理刘文光，以及近20位引航员，拖轮调度负责人、全体拖轮船长参加了会议

On September 25, the eastern part of Shenzhen pilot station held a symposium with the tugboat company on pilots and tugboat captains. 座谈会上，引航员和拖轮船长们针对作业过程中存在的一些问题进行了深入的交流和讨论，并达成了基本共识

周端标在会中指出，引航和拖轮是保障港口正常生产的两大关键，引航站东部分站要高度重视安全生产工作，与拖轮船长互相尊重，密切配合，共同为盐田港提升综合竞争力、实现平稳快速发展保驾护航刘文光对深圳引航站二十多年来给予盐田拖轮的支持和帮助表达了衷心的感谢
