9月24日，惠盐高速扩建管理处在土建工程（第一合同段）预制梁场召开惠盐高速深圳段改扩建项目工程2019年旱季施工劳动竞赛动员大会本次劳动竞赛以“不忘初心、牢记使命，顺利实现南北段第一次交通导改”为主题，贯彻“安全、质量、环保、廉政”的工作要求，围绕“全线完成省高速公路建设指挥部下达的2019年年度产值目标3亿”“南北段完成左幅交通导改到右幅（第一次交通导改），右幅临时双向四车道通行”的任务目标开展活动

动员大会对奋战旱季一百天任务进行了详细部署，要求各参建单位紧紧围绕“打造平安工程、精品工程、阳光工程”三大工程建设核心，以劳动竞赛活动为抓手，形成“你追我赶、奋勇前行、争先创优”的大干局面，掀起2019年度建设高潮
